Student Code of Conduct
KLE College of Pharmacy, Belagavi follows the Student Code of Conduct prescribed by KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER). The code provides clear guidelines for student discipline, responsible behaviour, academic and professional conduct, and respectful participation in campus activities. Students are expected to follow these regulations both within and outside the campus.

Maintain academic discipline and actively participate in learning activities.
Respectful Behaviour
Treat students, faculty, staff, patients and visitors with dignity and respect.
Campus Discipline
Follow institutional rules and maintain a safe and positive campus environment.
Student Responsibilities
- Follow KAHER and college rules
- Carry and display a valid student ID card
- Respect faculty, staff, fellow students and patients
- Protect college property and facilities
- Maintain discipline inside and outside the campus
- Follow instructions issued by college authorities
- Maintain appropriate behaviour during academic and clinical activities
General Rules & Regulations
Student Identification
Students must carry a valid institutional identity card and produce it when requested by authorised college personnel.
Freedom of Expression
Students may express their views responsibly and respectfully without disrupting academic activities or the regular functioning of the college.
Dress & Professional Appearance
Students are expected to: Wear appropriate and decent attire. Wear a white apron with a name plate during specified academic and clinical activities. Wear appropriate footwear. Carry and display their institutional photo ID card. Follow safety and professional appearance requirements in college and hospital areas.
Campus Conduct
Student Assemblies
Assemblies should be orderly and must not interfere with classes, campus activities or movement.
Invited Speakers
Student organisations must obtain appropriate approval before inviting external speakers.
Distribution of Materials
Handbills, leaflets and other materials require prior approval and must not disrupt campus activities.
