Dr. Satish A. Kavatagimath is a Professor in the Department of Pharmacognosy & Phytochemistry at KLE College of Pharmacy, Belagavi. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Biotechnology, and completed his Ph.D. in 2017.

With 19 years of teaching experience and 15 years of research experience, Dr. Kavatagimath brings extensive academic experience to pharmaceutical education and research. His teaching experience includes 16 years at the graduate level and 12 years at the postgraduate level, reflecting his involvement in both undergraduate and advanced pharmacy education.

His academic background in Biotechnology, Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry supports his contribution to teaching and research in pharmaceutical sciences. He has contributed to scholarly activities through five published research papers and has presented 15 research papers at academic and scientific forums.

At KLE College of Pharmacy, Dr. Kavatagimath contributes to teaching, research and academic activities, helping students develop strong scientific knowledge and an understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and their applications.
